We selectively purchase and accept consignments in many categories, including furniture, china, porcelains, glass, pottery, accessories and some collectibles. Items must be in good, clean condition and saleable in our market. Consignments are accepted on an individual basis and are guided by our Consignment Agreement. We will strive to promote and sell your item(s) as quickly as possible, giving you the highest profit possible based on market conditions. Our consignment agreement follows:

Consignment Agreement
Upon acceptance of goods, Kathy’s Kove & Kafe' will display and market items for sale for a specified period of time. Goods may be placed on kathyskove.com website at no additional charge. The following percentage to the consignor applies:
Item sold within 30 days: 55%
Item sold via credit card: 50%
Item sold within 31-90 days: 50%
Item sold on online auction: 50% less ½ auction expenses
Consignor checks are available the first Wednesday of each month.
Consignor is responsible for calling each month to ascertain sales.
Consignor is responsible for picking payment up at the store.
If consignor is out of area, consignor is responsible to provide stamped self addressed envelopes.
Payments not claimed after 90 days of date of sale become the property of Kathy’s Kove & Kafe'.
Consignments left longer than the consignment period then picked up unsold require a 10% fee of the retail price.
Unsold consignments not picked up within 30 days of agreed upon consignment completion become the property of Kathy’s Kove.
Kathy’s Kove & Kafe' will take all precautions to protect Consignor’s property against damage or theft. Kathy’s Kove & Kafe'is not responsible for damage of any kind or theft of item regardless of how it was caused.
